1.2. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of cleared payment.
1.3. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order.
1.4. Dispatch confirmation, along with tracking information (if applicable), will be sent once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Locations

2.1. We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • Selected international destinations (listed at checkout)

2.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Olash is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
3.2. Express UK delivery options are available at checkout; delivery times vary based on the selected service.
3.3. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Customs clearance and import duties may affect delivery times.

3.4. Consumer Rights Act 2015 Compliance:

  • Products must be delivered within 30 days of placing an order unless otherwise agreed.

  • If delivery does not occur within this timeframe, you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4.2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

5. Risk and Title

5.1. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries

7.2. Olash will make reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange redelivery.
7.3. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

8.1. If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or you receive incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
8.2. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8.3. Evidence such as photos may be requested to process claims for damaged items.

9. Delivery Exceptions

9.1. Olash is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Customs delays for international orders

9.2. Where possible, we will communicate any anticipated delays and work with you to resolve them.
